Program Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Extract and analyze program-related datasets to provide actionable insights that support business strategies.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and support decision-making, especially in program creation
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support the development and execution of the program.
- Develop and maintain user lifecycle dashboard to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate weekly reports and provide user insights to stakeholders and the management team.
- Conduct data-driven experiment testing to optimize programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with community and marketing teams to execute initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or strategy analysis, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management and working with multiple stakeholders is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and critical thinker with a passion for innovation and growth.
