Leadership Responsibilities:

- Delegates work appropriately to maximize team efficiency

- Leads direct reports and/or cross-capability team toward positive outcomes

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Comscore
- CRM communications measurement planning and performance analysis;
- Knowledge of SQL and R and if possible Python;
- Excellent written and verbal communication including presentation skills;
- Demonstrated project, and client management expertise;
- Advanced knowledge of marketing/advertising testing principles;
- Experience with major personalization tools, such as Optimizely; Google Optimize
- Experience in Data Visualization with tools such as Tableau; Google Data Studio
- Expert skills in Excel functions: Pivots, advanced formulas/macros, multi-spreadsheet links and PowerPoint;
- Experience with major digital analytics tools, such as: Doubleclick, Atlas, Omniture, Coremetrics, Webtrends,

Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics; SimilarWeb
- Experience with social listening tools, such as, Crimson Hexagon and Sprinklr;
- 7 years of experience in a web analytics focused role for digital marketing.

- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and keep supervisors informed
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to communicate in clear and concise terms
- Ability to develop clear, unique and precise data analyses

**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp35,000,000 per month
