- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior in accordance with school policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree majoring in English education, Elementary education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in primary English.
- Strong English proficiency is essential for effective communication with students and colleagues.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum, especially Primary Checkpoint, is highly desirable.
- Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding in interactions with others.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms in teaching and learning, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
- High level of accountability and reliability in fulfilling job responsibilities, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
