The Office Screener role is responsible for ensuring effective, accurate and comprehensive employment background screening process and result.
**Responsibilities**:
- Phone conversations with university and company representatives
- Phone interviews with references
- Interviewing resources with pretext to gather deeper information
- Analysis of information obtained
- Drafting comprehensive reports
- Consulting crucial problem to Production Manager before taking an action
- Giving suggestion to Production Manager related to performance of field screeners
- Any improvement to process and methodology
- Any impediments feedback and advice related to Prisma
- Ad hoc assignments as requested by supervisor
**Job Requirements**
- High level of integrity
- Minimum Diploma Degree in any discipline
- **Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply**:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and administration skills
- Deadline-oriented
- English literate (spoken and written)
- Other languages will be an advantage - Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi
