Cfo - Property

**About The Company**:
Our Client is a group of company that has businesses in energy, agribusiness, and property where it carries the mission to create green society through integrated business in green environment.

As a CFO, you will work closely with the CEO to lead its property business unit and prepare for IPO.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the local finance team to manage the full spectrum of finance activities, including but not limited to day-to-day operational accounting, FP&A, and reporting
- Prepare financial reports, provide insightful analysis relating to key business decisions for both management and group financial stakeholders
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and analysis, including reviewing the journal entries and account reconciliation
- Review and suggest improvements on financial risk and control process, address internal and external audit concerns
- Manage treasury and hedging functions, which includes liaising with banks on loans etc.
- Lead continuous improvement on automation processes

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent
- 15+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, controllership and audit experience
- Experience in managing company's preparation for IPO would be preferred
- Background from property would be a plus
- Strong leadership, good analytical and problem-solving skills
