**Responsibilities**:

- **Cocktail Crafting**: Create innovative and well-balanced cocktails using a variety of spirits, mixers, and garnishes, adhering to Bibe's signature style and standards.
- **Menu Contribution**: Collaborate with the bar manager and culinary team to develop and update the cocktail menu, introducing new and seasonal offerings.
- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations, answering inquiries, and providing a personalized experience.
- **Order Preparation**: Mix, shake, stir, and garnish drinks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring each cocktail meets Bibe's quality and presentation standards.
- **Efficiency**: Manage the bar area efficiently during busy periods, maintaining a smooth flow of service while keeping track of multiple orders.
- **Ingredient Knowledge**: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and garnishes, offering insights to guests and colleagues.
- **Flavor Pairing**: Combine ingredients in creative ways to create unique and flavorful cocktails that appeal to a range of tastes.
- **Bar Setup and Cleanliness**: Organize the bar area, ensuring it is well-stocked, clean, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
