**Applicants for the position should**:

- Hold a relevant degree and a full teaching qualification.
- Have knowledge and experience of teaching psychology at AS & A Level.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Be enthusiastic about contributing to the school’s Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA) programme.

**Other requirements**:

- Have a minimum of **five years** of experience teaching in this area (required by Indonesian immigration).
- Be under 60 years of age at the end of a second contract, as stipulated by Indonesian immigration regulations. _This is not how Dyatmika views the vast experience that teachers in this age bracket bring to teaching, but we are bound by regulations._

**It would be an advantage to have**:

- Experience teaching bi/multilingual students.
- Some knowledge of Indonesian or a willingness to learn.
- A willingness to renew the initial two-year contract.
