**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:
**Rekrutmen**:

- Memantau proses rekrutmen dari awal hingga akhir untuk semua level di cabang
- Menganalisa metode pencarian kandidat untuk setiap cabang di wilayahnya
- Membantu proses penempatan karyawan

**Pengembangan Karyawan**:

- Memberikan rekomendasi kepada user untuk proses promosi dan demosi
- Memberikan rekomendasi kepada HR di kantor pusat terkait proses HR di wilayah/cabang
- Memantau program orientasi / training dan program sertifikasi yang berjalan di wilayahnya.

**Lainnya**:

- Memantau dokumen / administrasi HR di setiap cabang di wilayahnya
- Memantau laporan aset tetap di cabang di wilayahnya
- Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, bulanan, dan tahunan kepada Recruitment Manager terkait proses HR di wilayahnya.
