The Company has successfully expanded across the region. To date, we are currently present in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and we have an R&D Center in India.

In August 2020, PasarPolis completed a US$54 million Series B funding round, which is considered the largest Series B funding recorded for an insurtech firm in Southeast Asia, and potentially it is also the biggest disclosed investment round for insurtech firms in the region. The round included participation from LeapFrog Investments, SBI Investment, Alpha JWC, Intudo Ventures, Go-Ventures and Xiaomi Ventures and will be used to support the company’s growth plan. In February 2021, PasarPolis secured US$5 million funding from World Bank’s sister organization International Finance Corporation (IFC).

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Recruit new agents Provide training and knowledge of general insurance products to agents
- Record and monitor all sales activities carried out by the agent
- Implement programs related to the business development of agents
- Record and monitor all sales activities performed by the agent on the specified device
- Responsible for achieving targets

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Must have the experience of handling agent general insurance for at least 2 years.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have strong presentation skills regarding products
- Have an extensive network in the agency business.
- Have good training and development skills
- Target-oriented, tenacious, and adaptable
- Able to speak English, at least passive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Rp9,000,000 - Rp13,000,000 per month
