**Job Description**:
- Responsible for the preparation of menus under the direct supervision of Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.
- Assist supervisor to run the station efficiently.
- Obtain requisitioned goods from the storeroom.
- Stock food items neatly in shelves and fridges.
- Keep the section that he is assigned to in good working order.
- Assist in cleaning utensils and equipment.
- Work according to standard recipes
Work Experience
- Discipline, good attitude and self motivated
- Passionate in guest experience and satisfaction
- Able to work in a team & good communication
- Fluent in English both written and verbally
- Must have experienced in the same position at least 2 years in an upscale hotel
- Hotel or Culinary School graduates Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree
