**Kualifikasi**:

- Wanita
- Maximum 25 years old
- Bachelor degree from Accountancy, with min GPA 3.00
- Good initiative, fast learner, honest
- Minimal 2 year experience as Procurement/Purchasing
- Have a good communication & negotiation skill
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Can communicate in English & Mandarin (min passive)
- Work location in West Jakarta
- Understand the process of purchasing and procurement of goods, the import process, and understand customs regulations
- Inovatif, target oriented, good working in a team
- Can operate accurate

**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:

- Handle import and local purchases
- Looking for several vendors for comparison
- Analyze vendors and suppliers to find the best vendor
- Negotiate with vendors to get the best price
- Checking the suitability between the specifications of the goods/services required by the user and those offered by the supplier
- Monitor the process of shipping goods
- Ensure that the goods arrive in good condition and arrive on time
- Maintain good relationship with vendors
- Create invoices, purchase orders/ work orders
- Perform invoice checking to ensure there are no billing errors by the vendor

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
