Billing Executive

As a billing executive, you will make sure that our transaction with the vendors and clients are going smoothly by handling transaction and disburse invoice to the clients as well as verifying bills to the project teams and assist finance team specifically on this billing matter.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing daily transactions and update relevant data and transactions in the accounting and management system.
- Responsible for daily billing duties that includes keying in of invoices to the customer’s billing portal.
- Liaise with project team as well as clients on billing matters to ensure all bills are verified and sent out on a timely basis.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned when required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in business or accountancy.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience with accounting software systems preferred.
- Possess strong initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed and motivated individuals who are meticulous, have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
