We are looking for a skilled Sales Marketing Person with qualification down below:

- Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably with targets in restaurants or cafes.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics tools.
- Ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the F&B industry trends and customer behavior.
- Experience managing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Proficient in using CRM software and marketing platforms.
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales and marketing goals.
- All Degrees all welcome must have experiences as sales/marketing in an FNB Industry
- 24 - 40 years old
- Willing to work on site in Bekasi (our restaurant)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bekasi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
