**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist bartenders in maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Stock and replenish bar supplies, including glassware, ice, garnishes, and alcohol
- Collect and clean used glassware, plates, and utensils
- Keep bar stations and work areas tidy throughout service
- Ensure all bar equipment is properly sanitized and functioning
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar each shift
- Provide support to bartenders during busy periods by preparing garnishes, refilling ice bins, and delivering drinks to tables
- Help monitor and maintain inventory levels

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs, crates of glassware)
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
