Field Agronomist

Manage regular communication with Farmers, Farmers Group and Cooperative.
- Educate and demonstrate Farms for Good Agricultural Practices.
- Conduct crop surveys to provide information related to coffee plantation and social issues.
- Analyze the crop survey to predict the harvest season and potential coffee cherry production.
- Analyze the coffee plantation by scoring the sample using a sampling method.
- Plan, develop and monitor the plantation development to increase the coffee cherry productivity and plantation sustainability.
- Provide technical assistance to Coffee Farmers in farm production and quality aspects.
- Regularly submit crop survey report, plantation scoring and plantation progress.
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Agronomy, Plant Diseases, Plant Diseases Pests, Agrotechnology).
- Min.1 year experience as an Agronomist or Field Assistant, preferable in the field of coffee agricultural practices.
- Have knowledge and accustomed to doing research on plant pests and diseases as well as seed technology.
- Proficient in communicating to present something complicated in a simpler way using a variety of infographics.
- Have good critical and analytical thinking skills. Have interpersonal, management, organizational and observation skills.
- Adapt to a new work environment, able to work under pressure and willing to work mobile.
