We seek an organised & detail-oriented Studio Manager to oversee daily operations and support our growing team.

**JOB OVERVIEW**

As a CGI Artist, you will play a key role in visualising architectural concepts through detailed CGI renderings and animations. Collaborating closely with architects and interior designers, you’ll create high-quality, immersive visuals that highlight the craft and character of our projects, helping to bring concepts to life and communicate design intent to our clients.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**DIGITAL VISUALISATION & 3D MODELLING**:

- Produce high-quality CGI renders and animations, through 3D modelling, that bring architectural concepts to life, showcasing both interior and exterior design details.
- Assist the design team in visualising & refining concepts to communicate ideas effectively.

**MATERIAL & LIGHTING REPRESENTATION**:

- Accurately represent materials, finishes, and lighting effects in CGI visualisations to enhance realism and align with the design intent.

**COLLABORATION WITH DESIGN TEAMS**:

- Work closely with our architects and interior designers to understand project goals and incorporate feedback, ensuring accurate CGI representation of the design vision.
- Ensure accurate representation of design intent and project specifications in 3D models.

**PROJECT PRESENTATION & ANIMATION**:

- Contribute to client presentations by producing compelling CGI assets.
- Create immersive virtual tours and animations to provide potential investors and clients with a comprehensive understanding of the properties.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CGI software, tools & techniques.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CGI, Computer Animation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating CGIs & animations, preferably in the field of architecture.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling software (Rhino or similar); CGI software (3ds Max, Unreal Engine or similar) & post-production tools (Photoshop, After Effects).
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
