We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join **Purchasing Business Support Analyst (Japanese Language)** based in Surabaya. This position will present you with outstanding professional challenges, diverse learning opportunities and career growth.

**YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’**
- Collection and validation of proof of performance documents
- Verification and approval of incoming invoices
- Weekly and monthly reporting of actuals and verification progress
- Accountability and ownership over end-to-end cost verification process for MEA countries
- Effective collaboration with external and internal parties (distributors, business, finance and controlling)
- Supporting business in query resolution related to cost verification and payment
- Contribution to standardization and optimization of existing process

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Min. bachelor's degree or master's degree from Finance/Economics with strong basic _Accounting; Debit/Credit, BS, Accounts, and Journaling will be an advantage -_ open for fresh graduates
- 2+ years in Finance/Risk Management would be an asset
- Experience in SAP and/or Coupa would be an advantage
- Fluency in **Bahasa Indonesia and English**(verbal and written) is a must
- Good command of **Japanese (both written and speaking)**:

- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
- A reliable, result-oriented person with great sense of ownership
- A strong analytical mindset, attention to details, ambitious to constantly expand knowledge, challenge the status quo and enhance processes
- A strong communicator who’s not afraid to reach out to stakeholders cross-functionally
- Agility is really important to embrace the change in the organization as well as the job rotation.
