**Strategic Communications Specialist**
As a Strategic Communications Specialist reporting to the office of the Managing Director, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic communications for the organization and the leadership team in India.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Lead executive communications and visibility for India leadership, working closely with the MD’s office to develop strong narratives and content for internal and external speaking opportunities.
- Plan, execute and measure PR programs and strategy aimed at increasing leaders visibility and enhancing thought leadership in line with company's offerings or corporate level messaging.
- Prepare news and launch activities, including coordinating media interactions for leaders, events, generating releases and presentations
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media and industry analysts
- Create engaging social media communications across all channels that drive awareness of key initiatives
- Work on social media plan, inclusive of content activations and content plans to support the leaders priorities and initiatives across business-critical functions
- Develop social editorial calendars and communicate deliverable deadlines with internal stakeholders and Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Manage and maintain company and leader blogs including leaders social media handles, supporting the social leadership strategy of India execs
- An excellent and highly creative communicator, strategic thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally and multitask and successfully drive projects with mínimal guidance
- Proactive and results-oriented

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or public relations
- 7-10 years in corporate communications or similar roles
