**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the business stakeholders to fully understand the business process and requirements.
- Interact with stakeholders to understand product requirements.
- Train, Guide, coach and mentor team members and proactively support the continued development of existing team members.
- Participate in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
- Manage the Help Desk Category and IT Service Management which includes the IT HO, IT Stores and IT Warehouse SOP and policies
**Requirements**:
- A Computer Science background
- Have 2-3 years experience as QA or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Evaluate Test Result Skill that needed: Communication, Analytics, Problem Solving, Creative and open mind, Critical thinking, Video Content Training
