**Location: Bali, Indonesia**

**This job has responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of valet services, ensuring efficient vehicle handling and parking
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for valet services
- Ensure all vehicles are parked and retrieved in a timely and safe manner
- Ensure all guests receive courteous and professional valet service
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly
- Communicate with guests to ensure their needs are met and provide assistance as needed
- Ensure all valet operations comply with company policies, local laws, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure the safe handling of all vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, parking tickets, and incident reports
- Liaise with hotel management, event planners, and other departments to coordinate valet services for special events or high-traffic periods

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in valet services, hospitality, or a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of vehicles, parking systems, and safety regulations
