Technical Architect

We are looking for a lively and energetic Site Project Manager to design and oversee the technical aspects of architectural projects, ensuring that all systems and structures are efficiently integrated and aligned with the overall design vision.

**Location: Bali, Indonesia**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine technical designs, including detailed drawings and specifications, to ensure all architectural elements are feasible and meet project requirements
- Ensure the seamless integration of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the architectural design
- Manage the technical aspects of projects from inception through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure the successful execution of design plans
- Conduct regular reviews and inspections of designs and construction work to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards
- Select appropriate materials and technologies that meet project goals and sustainability requirements
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to technical challenges that arise during the design and construction process
- Present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and incorporating feedback into the design
- Maintain detailed records of all technical designs, revisions, and project communications

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in architectural design and technical project management
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD/Revit/BIM)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
