**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support, including scheduling of meetings and meeting rooM/Facility, minutes taking/circulation, travel arrangements and itineraries/agendas.
- Manage GM's electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
- Preparation of internal/external correspondences/memos
- Organize incoming documents for approval/signature, as well as distribute / return approved/digned documents to requestor
- Manage GM's travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation) for business purposes (local & overseas trip).
- Maintain GM's office systems, including data management and filing.
- Keep track and follow up reports to ensure deadlines/timelines are met
- Cross functional coordination with other divisions
- Compliance with internal dicuments processing
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.
- Organize meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- Manage arrangements for Trustees' and Sub-Committee meetings, including production/distribution of agenda and papers.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.

**Requirements**:

- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in business administration, secretary or related field with minimum 10 years and experience in administrative position.
- With at least 5 years experience managing Expatriate.
- Professional, effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good in English for both of verbal and writing.
- Have the ability / understanding customer service system
- Ability to think innovatively and not be constrained by current practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp11,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Personal Assistant handle Expatriate: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:
