What You Will Achieve

This is a role that requires financial expertise to undertake economic research and study the prevalent rates of return, depreciation, working capital and investment of various entities in the income statement to analyze the profit and loss statements. Your findings and recommendations will be presented to the Pfizer management team. You will develop and maintain operational specifications for financial information systems after considering the information flow, volume and document format for the data processing equipment. You will also provide business development analysis and can monitor business performance.

As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of finance and accounting, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.

How You Will Achieve It- Deliver effective Business Partnering by working closely with stakeholder on all commercial initiatives, as well as providing all necessary support in terms of reporting and analysis.- Closely work with local Commercial Team to ensure successful and accurate submission of Operating Plan and Forecasts during the year, including phasing and supplementals. Closely track Risks and Opportunities for the market and work with category teams on bold moves to mitigate risks and capture opportunities through the year.- Responsible for overall P&L Analytics and Reporting, especially Revenue and Gross Margin. Client Facing for preparing Flash and full P&L commentaries. Participation and presentation on local and regional meetings to review and drive/improve commercial performance.-

**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- 3+ years experience & Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experienced in business partnering in commercial
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Strong computer skills in MS Office

Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Knowledge of various financial systems and financial reporting aspects
- Proven experience in change management, training and communication plan creation

- Understanding of workflow-based logic, ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution
- Relevant professional skills including problem solving, project planning & delivery, attention to detail, time management, critical thinking
