We are now looking for a position as an HR Executive areas with requirements as below:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- At least 2 years of HR experience, from manufacturing company
- Strong communication and execution skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence to all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, training & development, recruitment & talent development
- Strong in Payroll, Personalia and Compensation & Benefits
- Familiar with HRIS (DataON, Sunfish, GreatDayHR, etc)

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Talent Acquisition especially for non-managerial level & managerial level
if needed
- Conduct training/learning & development activities
- Handling payroll process and ensure all related data are properly managed to

avoid mistake & errors with utilizing HRIS - Sunfish
- Create strategy for Human Resource fulfillment as per requisition
- Monitoring General Affair matter
- Support Management team to achieve company goal
- Budget monitoring related in HR area
- Direct report to HR Manage
