Menyusun rencana dan strategi perusahaan bersama Manager, misalnya manager di posisi pemasaran, maka diharuskan untuk menyusun rencana dan strategi pemasaran guna meningkatkan skala perusahaan.

Ruang lingkup pekerjaan mengelola karyawan, keuangan, operasional dan lainnya.

Merekrut karyawan baru

Membangun lingkungan kerja yang nyaman

Berkomunikasi baik sebagai perantara komunikasi antara karyawan dan atasan dengan karyawan dan klien

Membuat strategi pengembangan kinerja karyawan

Memonitor dan membuat evaluasi kerja karyawan

Membuat perencanaan kegiatan operasional

Pengawasan sistem keuangan perusahaan

Memantau pembuatan anggaran tiap departemen, biaya operasional dan sumber daya manusia dan alam

Membantu Manager jika berhalangan hadir menjadi pengganti atau wakil manager saat tidak dapat menghadiri aktivitas tertentu, seperti rapat atau pertemuan dengan klien.
Memegang mínimal gelar Sarjana Manajemen/ Fresh Graduate Akuntansi

Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Payroll/Compensation and Benefit

Pengalaman dengan Sistem SAP

Mahir dalam Ms. Excel

Industri latar belakang ritel lebih disukai

Baik dalam detail & tenggat waktu

Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, lembur, dengan pengawasan minimum, sebagai individu atau sebagai tim
