**Location: Karawang (customer site), Indonesia**

- Management and control of all ink room operations.
- Contracted cost savings due to optimisation processes and improvements
- Facilitates, coordinates, and monitors work completion through appropriate customer team members
- Supervises Ink room team in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
- Monitors, evaluates, and appraises department productivity and employee performance
- Performs technical services and press-side trouble shooting
- Blend inks for jobs on press; set up job standards for presses
- Maintains colour files
- Colour matches for new jobs
- Handles all special projects per customer requests
- Assists customer with ink room procedures and improvements
- Participates in interviews and assists in selection of new hires; trains new employees
- Works closely with Sales manager/Inhouse Manager and Application manager and OSC/ In-house team to assure proper procedures, work flow, quality and customer relations standards
