**Tanggung jawab**:

- Merencanakan, mengembangkan, menganalisa, dan menguji produk baru sebelum meluncurkannya ke pasar
- Melakukan market research dan menganalisis tren industri terkini untuk menghasilkan produk yang inovatif dan kompetitif
- Mampu mereview / merekomendasikan formula dan packaging produk secara berkala
- Melakukan survey questionnaire atau panel test untuk mengetahui kebutuhan konsumen ataupun kualitas produk
- Memastikan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan memenuhi standar kualitas, regulasi BPOM, dan manfaat yang diharapkan
- Monitor dan mempertahankan jadwal project agar tepat waktu, mengelola risiko, dan memahami trade-off selama proses pengembangan
- Bertanggung jawab atas komunikasi internal dengan partner maklon ataupun vendor raw material, box, botol, etc yang berkaitan dengan produk, formula, klaim, artwork, dan regulasi.
- Melakukan monitoring, QC (quality check) terhadap barang yang sudah di order ke maklon/vendor
- Jenis produk yang ditangani adalah Perawatan Kulit (skincare), Rias Wajah (makeup), Body wash, Body lotion, shampoo (Personal care), dll.

**Persyaratan**:

- Gelar Sarjana / Magister di bidang farmasi / kimia / ilmu kecantikan atau yang relevant.
- Pengalaman mínimal 3 tahun dalam Pengembangan Produk kosmetik kategori skincare / makeup / personal care.
- Memiliki pengalaman supervisi tim
- Minat yang kuat pada produk kecantikan.
- Mengikuti tren terbaru dalam kecantikan.
- Memiliki pengetahuan terkait peraturan BPOM.
- Keterampilan manajemen proyek yang sangat baik, kemampuan mengelola banyak proyek melalui penentuan prioritas dan perencanaan yang kuat.
- Kemampuan beradaptasi yang kuat dan kemampuan bekerja sama dengan tim dan pihak ketiga.
- Mampu belajar dengan cepat, proaktif, dan keterampilan komunikasi verbal dan tertulis yang sangat baik.
- Memiliki etika bisnis yang kuat dan mampu menjaga hubungan dengan pihak eksternal.
