**Job Descriptions**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and transportation needs.
- Transport guests' luggage to and from their rooms, ensuring careful handling.
- Provide information and recommendations about hotel services and nearby attractions.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented appearance of the bell desk and surrounding areas.
- Assist in coordinating transportation services for guests, including taxi or shuttle bookings.
- Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of luggage and personal items.
- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

**Job Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid SIM A & C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry luggage, often over 50 pounds.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Familiarity with local attractions and the ability to provide accurate directions.
