JOB DESK:

- Work according to the menu specifications.
- Assist in preparing and assembling cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and desserts, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standard.
- Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rule.
- Prepare and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites.
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
