JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and ensure that software or hardware maintenance and repairs run smoothly at Customers
- Establish good partnerships with IT infrastructure vendors
- Governance of human resource management in the Technical department as well Coordinate, schedule field technicians, Create reports and visit schedules for clients
- Carrying out other administrative activities for customer and company needs
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- 1 years experience in IT Support field
- Single woman 19-23 years old
- Minimum SMK
- Have experience with computers and networks, leadership, management, communication skills and detail oriented, staffing, problem solver, decision making, critical thinking, team work and able to work under pressure
- Domicile area Depok
- Jawa barat
- have a personal laptop and smartphone
- can speak English at least passively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: Rp2,000,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month
