- Bogor- Education: Min. Diploma degree in Chemistry/Chemical major or any relevant professional discipline
- Language: Good communication in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience: Min 2-3 years of working experience as R&D chemist (especially in Home & Personal Care Industries), prefer from Detergent Industry
- Related knowledge or experience in chemicals and Lab Testing Instruments
- Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and able to work independently
- Computer literate, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

**About work**仕事内容について**:
Research and develop new products formulations and specifications.
Ensure all products are developed meeting expectation of quality, safety, stability.
Perform relevant literature review and explore findings in product formulations or information.
Anticipate in problem solving matters especially on quality of the products.
Responsible in all R&D testing especially for raw materials, stability and finished products.
Prepare weekly products development report.
Able to formulate ingredients according to guidance
Able to adjust the ingredients in Indonesia according to guidance
