Job Responsibilities
- Understanding the Four Pillars of Health (Promotive, Preventive, Curative, and Rehabilitative)
- Comprehending the Health and Industrial Hygiene program cycle (AREP)
- Familiarity with Occupational Health Services processes
- Capability to conduct workplace environment measurements and monitoring
- Proficiency in delivering training related to Occupational Health and Workplace Environment
- Competence in developing work programs, schedules, reports, and documentation
- Skill in drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university, majoring in Public Health (SKM), Nursing, or Chemical Engineering.
- Required to hold certifications related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Environment Specialist.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Supervisor in Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health (IHOH) within Power Plant (PLTU), Smelter, Construction, or EPC Contractor environments.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively escalate field issues as needed.
- Willing to be placed at Jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan, under a roster system.
