**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Manage employee’s engagement**
- Acts as a single point of the contact employees and managers for HR function (recruitment, training, development, compensation & benefits, and facilities) in respective area Commercials.
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR process at the Commercials side.
- Actively identified gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
- Build a strong business relationship with the Commercials part.
- Manages complex and difficult HR projects cross-functionally.

**Manage Talent Management**
- Recruits the key talents.
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
- Conduct Talent Review Process referring to group & local guidance and take action accordingly

**As a change agent in order to have a good organization agility**
- Proactively design effective and efficient organization structure and challenges the org structure of the Commercials team.
- Designs and maintain organization vitality chart as the performance of Commercials improves
- Foster "Behavior change" : Accountability & Winning culture.
- Always build constructive communication

**OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Technology, Business Processes, Law, or any relevant field
- Minimal 5 years’ experience in the related position.
- Have a good understanding in the business acumen of Commercial Trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be based in **Cibinong Office
