**About the Team**:
Our Security Team at Fazz is a group of dedicated and experienced security professionals committed to ensuring the safety and security of Fazz's systems and infrastructure. We work closely with other departments to maintain the highest standards of information security and are dedicated to continuous improvement. Some key aspects of our team include:

**About the Role**:

- Collaborate with the security team and other departments to maintain a strong security posture.

**What you'll do**:

- Document findings and recommend appropriate remediation measures.
- Work closely with fellow security team members to develop and implement security policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Stay current with the latest developments in cybersecurity and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our security posture by identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

**What we're looking for**:

- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Strong background in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
- Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and the ability to prioritize remediation efforts
- Proficiency in various penetration testing tools and techniques
- Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices (e.g., OWASP, NIST, CIS**)**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

**Nice to haves**:

- Experience with at least 1 interpreted or compiled language such as Python, Go, JavaScript, Ruby, Java, etc.
- Familiarity with cloud security concepts and best practices
- A history of participating in Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions
- Relevant certifications such as **OSCP, OSCE, or CEH are preferred**:

- Experience in triaging bug bounty reports and collaborating with researchers to validate and remediate findings would be a big plus
