As a Bartender at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel you are an integral part of a bartending team that brings innovation to beverages and guest experiences. In this role, you’ll work with a range of premium spirits, locally sourced ingredients, and unique flavours to craft exceptional and exclusive cocktails. You’ll engage with guests, understand their preferences, and create customized cocktails tailored to their tastes. **Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, exhibiting a strong knowledge of different cocktails and beverages
- Providing excellent customer service by engaging & storytelling with guests, answering questions, and making them feel welcome and comfortable
- Passionate in mixing and garnishing drinks to meet guest preferences and hotel standards
- Act with heart in making recommendations to guests by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the beverage menu, inlaying ingredients, flavors, and presentation of each drink

**Requirements**:
**What You Bring**:

- Relevant qualification or experience in Bar operational
- Good knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ability to engage with guests, understand their preferences, make recommendations, and provide a positive experience
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements, proper presentation, and adherence to recipes
