  • Develop a valid & relevant market research strategy and analyze the results of the research to map market segments and identify the needs of the target market and trend market.
  • Analyze the research result to design a comprehensive marketing strategy (360 marketing) to gain business growth.
  • Develop product marketing strategy that aligned with brand identity and relevant with current product lifecycle and focus to create impactful marketing activities.
  • Communicating and coordinate market research analysis, product performance analysis to the relevant teams to achieve synergy in developing brand, product marketing and innovation startegy.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with internal and external partner to deliver values to customers effectively.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Keep up-to-date to the market, industry and customer trends to the customer and nurtures the continuous improvement and innovation to to keep provide customer the relevant values.
  • Create report and analyze for product performance to evaluate marketing activity effectiveness and ensure that the company's budget related is used effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is preferable.
  • 4 - 5 years in brand or product marketing field; proven 2 years in leader level
  • Relevant experience in FMCG or beauty industry
