Key Responsibilities
- Review daily site reports, photographs, and videos submitted by on-site personnel for progress and quality checks.
- Conduct virtual inspections using drone footage, live video feeds, and project management software.
- Identify and document any deviations from project plans, specifications, or safety regulations.
- Communicate inspection findings, concerns, and recommendations clearly and promptly to project managers and site teams.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all inspections and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and safety protocols through remote monitoring.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction inspection, quality control, or a related site supervision role.
