Job Summary

The General Services Operator will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of general services and facilities at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's HC PNGKLN LADA location, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive working environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of company facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors for cleaning, security, waste management, and other general services.
• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of office supplies, equipment, and utilities.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures within the premises.
• Handle and resolve general administrative and operational issues and requests from employees.
• Prepare and maintain records related to general services activities, including inventory and expenditure.
• Assist in budget planning and control for general services operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. A Diploma in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in general services, facilities management, or a similar operational role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including occasional lifting and moving of equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
