PT Pema Global Energy is an upstream oil and natural gas company that has operating areas in Aceh, Indonesia. PGE's business activities includes exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas. The Company applies its extensive skills in reservoir management, innovative use of modern technology and drilling techniques to the exploration and production of oil and natural gas.
Qualifications & experience
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in engineering disciplines, Hospitality Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial positions.
Technical competencies: Camp & Catering Services Management; Transportation Management Systems (TMS); Basic Oil & Gas Production and Maintenance Operation; Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Management in Oil and Gas Industry; Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS); Bid Committee.
Behavioral competencies: Teamwork, Customer Focus, Business Acumen, Decision Making, Communication, Leadership, Achievement Orientations, Problem solving, Planning & Organizing, Basic SHE, Basic Oil & Gas, Code of Conduct.
Tasks & responsibilities
Coordinate operational plan development for field support services related to transportation, camp, and catering to incorporate efficient scheduling and resource optimization in accordance with industry standards.
Manage all field support activities pertaining to transportations, catering, and camp arrangement, ensuring seamless support for production and maintenance operations through efficient scheduling and resource optimization.
Coordinate all related functions in carring out their activities within all of the field support authority, such as transportation, camp and catering to ensure adherence to safety regulations and facilitate smooth operations.
