Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to join their globally distributed team, working remotely to serve clients primarily in Bogor and the surrounding West Java region. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in guiding organizations through their digital journeys, advising on technology adoption, process optimization, and cultural change necessary for digital success. This is a fully remote position, emphasizing autonomy and results-driven work.
About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to join their globally distributed team, working remotely to serve clients primarily in Bogor and the surrounding West Java region. You will leverage your deep understanding of digital strategy and execution to help clients harness the power of technology to achieve their business objectives and stay ahead in an evolving market landscape. This is a fully remote position, emphasizing autonomy and results-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of digital transformation strategies for clients.
- Assess current digital capabilities and identify areas for enhancement and innovation.
- Advise clients on the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders through complex digital change initiatives.
- Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps for digital solutions.
- Ensure successful adoption of digital tools and processes by client organizations.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on digital strategy and transformation.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital change programs for large organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of current digital technologies and their business applications.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver tangible results.
- Master\'s degree in a relevant field; PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
