Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Event Planning Coordinator to manage and execute a variety of virtual and hybrid events for clients worldwide, all from a remote location. This role is responsible for coordinating all logistical aspects of events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to bring their vision to life, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor communications in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment.
About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Event Planning Coordinator to manage and execute a variety of virtual and hybrid events for clients worldwide, all from a remote location. This role is responsible for coordinating all logistical aspects of events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to bring their vision to life, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor communications in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all logistical elements of event planning, including venue selection (for hybrid events), vendor management, and catering.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and detailed plans, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the planning process, managing expectations and delivering updates.
- Liaise with internal teams, speakers, and entertainers to ensure smooth event execution.
- Oversee on-site setup and coordination for hybrid events, and manage virtual platform logistics for online components.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or coordination, with experience in virtual or hybrid events being a significant advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in event management software, virtual event platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in a remote setting.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

- Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations. Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.
- Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
