Our group is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Business Unit to lead and expand our international business in the coconut-based ingredients industry.
This position will be responsible to lead and grow the company's coconut processing business across Desiccated Coconut, Coconut Cream, and Coconut Oil, with a strong focus on profitability, manufacturing excellence, and sustainable business performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Unit Management, General Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or similar leadership roles, preferably within coconut processing, food processing, food ingredients, agribusiness, or related manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience in managing business performance, P&L, manufacturing operations, and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost management, working capital, CAPEX, productivity, yield, capacity, and resource optimization.
- Able to lead manufacturing operations and work effectively across Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HSE, and other functions.
- Strong track record in turning business priorities into execution and delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and profitability.
- Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
