Our client is a 5* luxury boutique resort, offering less than 30 exclusive private villas and exceptional personalized service.
The resort is currently in its pre-opening phase, scheduled to open in Q3-Q4 2027.
You will be heavily involved with the pre-opening activities and will later on be overseeing the day to day operations of this unique property and lead and mentor a passionate local team who will deliver a truly memorable experience for their guests.
For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.
Profile
- Experience in 5* leisure resort and boutique operation
- Strong foundation in internationally branded properties
- Previous #1 experience not a must, also a strong current #2 ready for the next step up would be considered
- Asia experience
- Working experience in Indonesia is a big plus
- Pre-opening experience
- Excellent organizational, administrative and planning skills
- Strategic thinker with sound decision making abilities
- Effective problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Committed to service excellence and high attention to detail
- Focused on enhancing guest satisfaction and identifying revenue opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal, public relations and guest engagement skills
