1. Final-year student majoring in Civil Engineering.
2. Basic understanding of construction project management and building construction processes.
3. Able to read and interpret construction drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Cost Estimates (RAB), technical specifications, and contract documents.
4. Able to read technical drawings and understand project documentation.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
7. Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and able to work effectively in a team.
8. Good time management skills and able to work in a dynamic environment.
9. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other related software will be an advantage.

1. Assist the Project Management team in project planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting activities.
2. Support the development of project schedules and monitor project progress.
3. Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
4. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
5. Assist in monitoring work quality, project timelines, and compliance with project plans.
6. Conduct site visits and field inspections as required by project needs.
