Corporate Planning Analyst will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of the company’s business activities to meet targets.

Identify and control the implementation of the company’s business activities.
Ensure that all of the company’s business strategies can be implemented optimally in accordance with the planned targets.
Conduct PDCA:
- Plan: Gather the data from all business units.
- Do: Ensure alignment between management strategy and business units; identify, compile reports, and analyze company business data activities so that they can be evaluated by management; ensure the data or information that will be processed into reports for management is correct and accurate.
- Check: Prepare monthly reviews with every business unit to plan activities to achieve the company’s business targets.
- Action: Ensure the implementation of the planned activities and provide suggestions to business units that need correction so that they can achieve optimal targets.

Min. Bachelor’s Degree: Any Major.
Able to analyze data from different business units and create meaningful insights.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is a plus. Exceptional freshers can also be considered (e.g., overseas student exchange programs like IISMA).
Willing to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented organization.
Attention to detail.
