Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions.
  • Manage software asset lifecycle processes, including procurement, deployment, compliance, optimization, and retirement.
  • Configure software normalization, license reconciliation, and entitlement management.
  • Maintain and improve CMDB governance, data quality, and Service Mapping capabilities.
  • Develop integrations using:
    • REST & SOAP APIs
    • IntegrationHub
    • MID Servers
    • Import Sets & Transform Maps
    • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Jira, Workday, Okta, AWS, Azure, and monitoring tools.
  • Build and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, automations, and reports.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics to support software compliance and optimization initiatives.
  • Support platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and production support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • SAM Pro
    • CMDB
    • ServiceNow Integrations
    • Discovery
    • Service Mapping
    • ITOM
  • Experience with:
    • REST & SOAP APIs
    • IntegrationHub
    • MID Servers
    • Import Sets & Transform Maps
    • Java & Glide APIs
    • Flow Designer
  • Strong understanding of software license management, software compliance, and software asset lifecycle processes.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with:
    • SAP, Oracle, Workday
    • Okta, Active Directory, SailPoint
    • Jira, Remedy, Ivanti
    • AWS, Azure, GCP
    • Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds
  • Knowledge of CSDM, Discovery, and cloud asset management.
  • Experience with software license optimization, audit readiness, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Familiarity with event-driven integrations and enterprise integration patterns.

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • CIS – Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)
  • CIS – ITOM
  • CIS – ITSM
  • ServiceNow Integration Specialist
  • ITIL Foundation
