- Prepare training material as per scope required including training syllabus and assessment
- Deliver training in-class room method ( with 25 participants approx. )
- Make sure training delivery can meet the training objective
Profile
- Have valid Indonesia ID ( KTP )
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Training of Trainers (ToT): Having Completion of an accredited ToT course recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) or ESDM is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years technical training experience.
- Ability to develop and assess competency.
- Strong presentation and instructional design skills, experience developing training materials.
- Experience delivering classroom and practical training, strong troubleshooting capability.

- Minimum 5 years in industrial water treatment systems within power plants

- Water Treatment Certification, Boiler Water Chemistry Certification
