About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage warehouse operations in a fully remote capacity, supporting facilities near Tangerang. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills to oversee daily activities, ensure team productivity, and maintain safety standards. You will be responsible for guiding a team of warehouse associates, managing workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage remote teams and drive performance through effective communication and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance management to warehouse associates.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through cycle counts and regular audits.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations managers to ensure seamless inbound and outbound processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a remote team.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard office software.
