Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Learning & Development programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training plans, training matrix, and training effectiveness evaluation.
- Manage and strengthen the Victorindo Learning Centre and employee development programs.
- Conduct Talent Review, identify High Potential employees, and support talent pool and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain competency frameworks, competency assessments, and gap analysis.
- Support Performance Management and KPI calibration processes.
- Support manpower planning and conduct recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies and conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and assessment processes.
- Support employee engagement, culture, and recognition programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or related HR functions.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, machinery, industrial equipment, fabrication, automation, or similar technical business environments.
- Good understanding of technical and engineering manpower, such as engineers, technicians, production, project, and sales engineering positions.
- Experience in several areas such as L&D, competency management, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, manpower planning, or performance management.
- Strong communication, analytical, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work effectively with both management and operational teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in machinery, industrial equipment, engineering products, or related industries.
- Experience working in a multi-company or Group structure.
