Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end cloud migration projects, from planning and assessment to execution and post-migration support.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, resource requirements, budgets, and schedules for cloud initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with clients' IT teams, cloud architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful migration strategies.
• Oversee the deployment of cloud services and applications, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing proactive mitigation plans.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular status updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting client expectations.
• Drive best practices in cloud adoption and migration methodologies.
• Manage third-party vendors and service providers involved in the migration process.
• Conduct post-migration reviews and identify opportunities for optimization and future enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or PMP is a strong advantage.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex migration projects in a remote setting.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts, architecture, and migration tools.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment.
• Must be based in Indonesia or have legal working status, able to work full-time hours typical for the role.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and DevOps principles is a plus.
